About GreenSouth Equipment

 

GreenSouth Equipment is a 13 location John Deere dealer organization throughout Georgia, Florida and South Carolina. We are very thankful to have the opportunity to serve all of our customers large and small.

We do know that having great customer service is vital to our success, but we know we can't stop there. We must have competitive prices, along with great products. We are very proud to be representing products from a company like John Deere. Deere & Company, founded in 1837 (collectively called John Deere), has grown from a one-man blacksmith shop into a corporation that today does business around the world and employs more than 50,000 people. The company continues to be guided, as it has been since its beginning, by the core values exhibited by its founder: integrity, quality, commitment and innovation.

One of the basic principles upon which this company was founded, is Faith in God. Through the years we have tried to maintain that principle in the way we conduct business. Going forward, we want to do the same thing. We are not saying that employees have to subscribe to any particular faith or religion, but we ARE saying that as a company, we will always strive to conduct business in a way that honors God.

To Partner with our CUSTOMERS for our Mutual Success
Our customers ARE our business, if you think about it. We have to approach every customer and every transaction with that in mind. We want more that just buy/sell transactions with those who choose to do business with us. We want them to consider us as "partners" with them to support their equipment needs long term. They have a lot of choices on WHERE to do business – we have to strive to always be at the top of their list.

The employees of this company are the engine that makes it work. Each person has a set of responsibilities, and those responsibilities contribute to the forward motion of our business. But as employees, we want more than just to know that we've contributed something. This is where a balance between reward and sustainability comes in. A certain degree of profitability is required to ensure sustainability, but as we meet profit goals, we want to reward those who have contributed to our success while maintaining that balance.
